Soil Search is a fast-growing real estate consultancy and developer operating across Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Dehradun, Haridwar, Dholera SIR (Gujarat), Dubai, London, and Oman. We're building a bold, modern content engine for our projects and founder brand and we need someone who can shoot it, edit it, and AI-supercharge it.

## The Role

We're looking for a hybrid Video Editor + Cinematographer who is fluent in AI-powered video production not just traditional editing. You'll be shooting and editing real estate content (site walkthroughs, reels, founder/podcast content, project launches) and using AI tools to speed up and elevate the process: AI avatars, AI scripting assistance, AI b-roll/asset generation, voice cloning/dubbing, and smart editing workflows.

## What You'll Do

- Shoot on-location video (site visits, events, interviews, founder content, project reveals) with a strong eye for composition and lighting
- Edit fast-paced, scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn video, and long-form YouTube
- Use AI tools to generate/support avatars, voiceovers, b-roll, and script drafts, and integrate them seamlessly into final cuts




- Write or punch-up scripts for reels and short-form content — hooks, pacing, CTAs
- Manage end-to-end delivery: shoot edit AI-enhance final export, on tight deadlines
- Collaborate directly with the marketing team and founder for concept and tone
- (Bonus) Support with basic graphics/motion graphics/thumbnails when needed

## What We're Looking For

- Proven experience shooting and editing video content, ideally with a portfolio/reel to show
- Hands-on comfort with AI video/avatar tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Pika, etc. — or equivalent)
- Strong scripting instinct — knows how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds
- Real estate industry experience is a strong plus — understands how to shoot/edit projects, walkthroughs, and investor-facing content
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and a clear communicator — you'll be trusted with real project timelines
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/After Effects) — nice to have, not mandatory
- Own equipment (camera, gimbal, mic) preferred for freelance engagements
