Senior AI Solution Architect / Agentic Workflow Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Architect / Agentic Workflow Lead with 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering production-grade GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.

This is a design and technical leadership role requiring strong architecture, hands-on delivery, engineering guidance, and technical design ownership.

Must-Have Skills

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, software architecture or related fields.
- Strong production experience with RAG embeddings, chunking, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citations and long-document retrieval.
- Strong experience with Agentic/Stateful workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Temporal, Azure Durable Functions, or equivalent.
- Experience with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows and approval/escalation mechanisms.
- Strong knowledge of structured LLM outputs, JSON/schema validation, retries and fallback mechanisms.
- Experience designing APIs, data models,



workflow states and backend-ready architecture.
- Experience with LLMOps, tracing and evaluation, preferably Langfuse.
- Solid Azure AI experience, especially:

- Azure OpenAI

- Azure AI Search

- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure Functions / Container Apps
- Knowledge of Prompt Injection, LLM Security and safe tool execution.
- Strong technical leadership and experience guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI architecture.
- Lead RAG and AI workflow design for production systems.
- Define deterministic vs. AI-driven workflow components.
- Create technical designs, API contracts, schemas and implementation plans.
- Guide and review AI/backend engineers.
- Establish AI evaluation, tracing and regression-testing practices.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable and cost-effective.
