We are looking for an experienced, strategic and AI-driven professional to join our CEO Office as an AI Strategist & Prompt Engineer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, business strategy, automation and executive-level research to drive AI adoption and operational efficiency across our digital media organization.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives and CEO priorities.

✔ Create reusable prompt frameworks, templates and AI-powered workflows for business functions.

✔ Work closely with the CEO.

✔ Develop AI-assisted executive reports, presentations, dashboards and strategic insights.

✔ Collaborate with Product, Technology, HR, Operations and other departments on AI initiatives.

✔ Monitor emerging AI trends, tools and technologies.

Requirements

◾ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics,



Technology or a related field.

◾ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in AI strategy.

◾ Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

◾ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and executive-level reporting.

◾ Ability to work independently, manage multiple strategic projects and collaborate with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience with AI APIs, AI agents, RAG concepts, and prompt evaluation methodologies.

✔ Experience in digital media, technology, content or startup environments.

✔ Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and information security.

✔ Solid presentation skills and experience working with CXOs or senior leadership.
