Role & responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution delivery for Oracle AI Agent Studio implementations from discovery through go-live

Lead architecture decisions: agent design, tool structuring, LLM prompt strategy, orchestration flow

Run client workshops, solution blueprinting sessions, and stakeholder presentations independently

– Design agent tool definitions, system prompts, and example-driven prompt frameworks for production-grade accuracy

– Coordinate and direct functional consultants, Oracle technical resources, and integration developers

– Define integration patterns across Oracle Fusion REST APIs, ORDS, BIP, and OIC for agent solutions

– Identify scope boundaries, configuration-vs-customisation risks, and escalation triggers early

– Drive quality — review agent behaviour, test scenarios, UAT sign-off, and production readiness

– Build reusable solution patterns and internal knowledge assets for the AI practice

– Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional borrowed resources effectively

Preferred candidate profile

– 8–12 years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience with a strong techno-functional profile





– Demonstrated experience leading Oracle AI Agent Studio or AI Agents project delivery end-to-end

– Robust functional understanding of at least two Oracle Fusion domains (Procurement, Finance, HCM)

– Hands-on capability with Agent Studio configuration — tool definitions, flow logic, prompt design

– Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion REST APIs, ORDS, BIP, and OIC integration patterns

– Strong LLM/AI awareness — prompt engineering principles, tool-use patterns, retrieval, hallucination controls

– Proven ability to run client engagements independently with minimal supervision

– Excellent written and verbal communication — can produce clean solution documents and present to leadership

– Experience with Azure OpenAI, OCI GenAI, or BYO LLM configurations within Oracle platforms

– Knowledge of Oracle ATP, PL/SQL, or ORDS for hands-on technical validation

– Prior experience in a configuration-only delivery model (no custom code)

– Exposure to autonomous sourcing, negotiation, or AP automation use cases in Oracle

– Oracle Cloud certification or AI/ML related certification
