Role Description The AI Software Developer will design, build, and optimize AI-driven software solutions that align with the needs of early-stage founders and their products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing machine learning models, creating scalable software architectures, and integrating AI capabilities such as pattern recognition and natural language processing into core applications.

The role involves close collaboration with founders, engineers, and researchers to experiment with new ideas, validate technical approaches, and iterate quickly on prototypes. The developer will also write clean, maintainable code,



participate in code reviews, and ensure reliable deployment and performance of AI systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Robust foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Applied experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, or conversational AI.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI and backend development (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and modern software development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on experimentation and iteration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in startup or research environments, and interest in early-stage AI product development, is a plus.
