AI Engineer – Voice AI

Bengaluru | ₹30 LPA | 2–4 Years

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade Voice AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.

What You’ll Work On

- Build real-time voice agents with streaming, turn-taking, interruption handling, tool calling & multilingual support .
- Develop AI orchestration and state-management systems for multi-step workflows.
- Integrate LLMs, STT/TTS, telephony, APIs, databases, queues and vector stores .
- Build evaluation, monitoring and observability frameworks for AI agents.
- Optimize latency, reliability, accuracy and cost of production AI systems.

Must Have

- 2–4 years of software/AI engineering experience.
- Solid Python and/or TypeScript .




- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, function/tool calling, AI agents or conversational AI .
- Strong backend fundamentals: REST/WebSockets, async systems, databases, Docker & cloud .
- Experience building and deploying production-facing AI applications or APIs .

Good to Have  LiveKit, Pipecat, Vapi, Retell, Twilio, Exotel, WebRTC, LangGraph, FastAPI, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kafka or Kubernetes.
