Job Summary

Nexzu Mobility Ltd. is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions for mobility and business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI model deployment.

The role will involve converting business and engineering requirements into scalable AI solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and developing intelligent systems that can improve vehicle diagnostics, customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business and mobility use cases.
- Build AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI / LLM-based applications, including AI assistants, document intelligence, knowledge systems, and automation solutions.
- Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents where applicable.
- Develop data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing datasets for AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with EV engineering, diagnostics, software, product, operations, and business teams to identify suitable AI use cases.
- Explore AI applications in areas such as vehicle/EV diagnostics, predictive maintenance, customer support, quality analysis, operational analytics, and automation.
- Perform model validation, testing, optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Deploy AI/ML models through REST APIs, cloud platforms, or containerized environments.




- Develop production-ready AI services using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Work with databases and data platforms such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent technologies.
- Implement model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and evaluate their applicability to Nexzu's products and operations.
- Prepare technical documentation, model documentation, APIs, and deployment guidelines.

Required Technical SkillsProgramming & Data
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis

Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Strong understanding of:
- Supervised and unsupervised learning
- Regression and classification
- Clustering
- Feature engineering
- Model evaluation and optimization
- Time-series analysis
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Understanding of Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs/Transformers is preferred

Generative AI / LLM
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications
- Knowledge of:
- Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- RAG architecture
- LLM APIs
- Fine-tuning / model adaptation
- AI Agents and tool calling
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent is preferred
- Exposure to models/APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or other LLM platforms

AI Deployment / MLOps




- Experience deploying AI/ML models into production
- Knowledge of REST APIs and FastAPI/Flask
- Understanding of Docker and Git
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, model monitoring, and MLOps practices is preferred

Preferred Skills – Mobility / EV Domain Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant hands-on AI/ML project experience will be considered.
