: AI Architect (3 Month Extendable Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect with 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science, with solid hands-on expertise in Computer Vision and Image/Video Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, fine-tuning, and productionizing AI solutions involving image, video, and document processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions and architectures for computer vision and image/video analytics use cases.
- Work hands-on with object detection and image/video models, particularly YOLO and similar architectures.
- Develop solutions using OCR technologies for documents, image, and text processing.
- Fine-tune, customize, and optimize pre-trained AI/ML models based on business and project requirements.
- Develop robust AI/ML applications and services using Python.
- Work with frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies.
- Design and implement model inference pipelines, APIs, and AI services for production environments.
- Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging relevant cloud AI/ML services.
- Define approaches for model evaluation, optimization, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.




- Contribute to MLOps and productionization practices, including CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and inference pipelines for accuracy, latency, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience in Computer Vision and Image/Video Analytics.
- Proven experience with YOLO or other object detection models.
- Strong experience with OCR and document/image processing.
- Hands-on experience in AI/ML model fine-tuning and customization.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with one or more of: PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, Equivalent AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP and its AI/ML services.
- Understanding of model deployment, inference, APIs, scalability, and productionization.
- Good understanding of AI/ML architecture, model lifecycle, and MLOps concepts.

Good To Have

- Experience building AI solutions for real-time video analytics.
- Experience optimizing models for real-time/low-latency inference.
- Exposure to GPU-based model deployment and optimization.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD, or cloud-native deployments.
- Experience working with Generative AI / Vision-Language Models (VLMs) would be an added advantage.
