About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration, along with strong cloud-native and distributed systems architecture experience. You will define AI reference architectures, build scalable LLM-powered applications, architect real-time data and telemetry platforms, and establish governance, security, observability, and compliance standards.

Working closely with business and engineering leaders, you will drive AI innovation, telecom network intelligence, autonomous operations, and production-ready AI transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop AI applications using RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, vector embeddings, and vector databases.
- Design end-to-end AI platforms covering ingestion of telemetry, logs, KPIs, events and traces; model training pipelines; real-time inference; feedback loops; continuous learning; and AI governance.
- Architect distributed AI deployment models across central data centres, regional data centres, edge or cell sites, hybrid cloud, on-premises, and sovereign cloud environments.
- Define reusable LLM integration patterns, tool-use approaches, memory strategies, guardrails, evaluation methods, and observability standards.
- Design Kubernetes-based microservices and scalable AI runtime architectures.
- Architect streaming pipelines using Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent platforms and integrate time-series databases.
- Define AI reference architectures for telecom AIOps and network autonomy,



including self-healing and closed-loop automation.
- Design RAN intelligence solutions for traffic prediction, energy optimisation, anomaly detection, and operational insights.
- Define core network intelligence patterns for UPF optimisation, network-slice assurance, and service-quality monitoring.
- Architect transport and edge AI solutions using latency-aware inference and distributed decision-making.
- Embed high availability, data isolation, deterministic latency, disaster recovery, and production observability into platform designs

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience with RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, embeddings, vector search, and vector databases.
- Experience designing production LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, and failure recovery.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes-based microservices, APIs, containerised platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Kafka, Pulsar, time-series databases, and high-volume telemetry or event-processing pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, deployment, model serving, versioning, rollback, drift monitoring, and continuous learning.
- Understanding of SRE principles including high availability, fault tolerance, data isolation, deterministic latency, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust, SOC 2, ISO standards, regulatory compliance, responsible AI, auditability,



and data-sovereignty requirements.
- Good understanding of telecom network domains including RAN, core network, UPF, network slicing, transport, edge, AIOps, and network automation.
- Ability to create reference architectures, architecture decision records, implementation roadmaps, reusable accelerators, and technical standards.
- Strong communication, architecture-review, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
