About Masterkey Hospitality

Masterkey Hospitality provides revenue management, remote sales, and guest review management services for hotels across the United States.

We are looking for a hands-on developer to build useful business tools, automate repetitive tasks, connect systems, and implement practical AI solutions. This role requires someone who can take a business problem from initial discussion to a working solution and maintain it after launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and improve internal tools for reporting, data analysis, sales follow-ups, employee workflows, and client communication.
- Automate data collection and processing from authorized websites, business systems, emails, reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Connect applications and systems through APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation to reduce manual work and duplicate data entry.
- Implement AI-powered features such as report summaries, document processing, research, alerts, and draft recommendations, with checks for accuracy and missing information.
- Test and maintain solutions, including error handling, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Work directly with management and employees to understand requirements, demonstrate progress, provide simple training, and improve solutions based on actual use.





Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience building business applications, system integrations, or automation workflows used in real operations.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience working with APIs, SQL, and databases.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models into applications and workflows—not only writing prompts or using chat tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar systems, work independently, manage deadlines, and explain technical matters in straightforward English.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Zoho, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Manus, workflow automation platforms, authorized browser automation, and hospitality-related systems or data.
