Responsibilities

- Plant Maintenance Reliability
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
- Implement reliability improvement initiatives (RCM, TPM).
- Manage plant maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown) to ensure high uptime
- Lead Capex projects (expansion, debottlenecking, upgrades) within time budget
- Oversee utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors, ETP, power systems)
- Drive process improvement cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure EHS compliance, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Handle vendor contractor management
- Lead and develop engineering teams
