Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Ceramic engineer/Earth Science for a role in the refractory Productions . The successful candidate will have end-to-end knowledge of modern refractory production operations and experience setting up and maintaining current facilities.

Key Responsibilities include: -

- Product Manufacture: High Alumina,Castable,Basic Bricks, Carbon Bricks,Alumina Monolithics,Basic Monolithics,Insulation,Special Refractories(Silicon Carbide,Zircon Silicate,Zircon Mullite,Magnesia Zirconia,Alumina Chrome)
- Strategic planning and Execution :Includes Lead from the front and manage operations across all product lines .Process optimization & resources utilization and zero defects finished products with superior quality and acceptance.
- Developing and validating test methods :-procedures, and protocols for raw materials and finished products
- Process Improvements & Innovation: Lean manufacturing capability. Kaizen & Kanban & yield optimization.
- Managing equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance .
- Ensuring safety,compliance with standards,and quality -management practices




- Handling customer inspections,audits,and technical queries in a timely ,professional manner
- Co-ordinating with R & D and quality teams to solve technical issues and support new product developments.
- Knowledge of HIRA
- Preparing technical documentation and SOPs training staffs .
- Reducing downtime and effective spare part management.
- Knows how to handle every Production equipments and knowledge of competitors activities
- Team Management
- ISO Audits
- Customer Inspections.
- External liaison with various agencies like IITs,NITs & Central Govt Ceramic Institutes etc.
- Innovation and continuous improvements.
- MIS & Reporting

Educational Qualification

- B Sc./M Sc./B.Tech / M TECH -CERAMIC/MATERIAL SCIENCE WITH 15 PLUS YRS EXPERIENCE IN REFRACTORY

Experience Required

- 12-25 years in a reputed Refractory Industry
