- 10+ years of experience in software/IT project management, with significant experience managing technical projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Experience managing end-to-end software development projects.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, DevOps, and application development lifecycle.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
