Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Affordable Housing & LAP

Department: Retail Assets / Housing Finance

Salary Range: 4.0 LPA to 10.0 LPA (Commensurate with experience & current CTC)

Job Purpose The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel, specializing in the sourcing and acquisition of Affordable Housing Loans, Standard Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will manage channel partners, build market penetration, and ensure high-value portfolio growth within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Management: Onboard, activate, and manage a robust network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to drive continuous lead generation.
- Core Product Sourcing: Primary focus on driving Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), with a specific emphasis on the Affordable Housing segment.
- Portfolio Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly disbursement targets while maintaining healthy portfolio yields.
- Relationship Building: Work closely with builders, developers,



and local DSAs to stay ahead of upcoming projects and market opportunities in the region.
- End-to-End Processing: Coordinate with internal Credit, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth login-to-disbursement processing and a low turnaround time (TAT).
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure zero login errors, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to credit policy guidelines to minimize early delinquency risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in retail asset sales, specifically handling Home Loans, Affordable Housing, and LAP.
- Channel Expertise: Strong existing relationships and hands-on experience handling the DSA channel is mandatory.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of the Bhayandar / Western Suburbs micro-market, including local builder networks and DSA hubs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A driven, self-motivated qualified with a track record of meeting disbursement targets.
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.
