Role Description The Aesthetic Physician will provide clinical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with dermatological and hair-related concerns, including cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, recommending evidence-based treatment plans, performing aesthetic procedures (such as laser treatments, injectables, and hair restoration techniques), and monitoring patient progress. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and upholding high standards of patient safety and care.

The Aesthetic

Physician will collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient experience and outcomes and may participate in patient education and clinic-based awareness activities. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical qualification (MBBS with specialization in Dermatology, Trichology, or Aesthetic Medicine; MD or Diploma in Dermatology preferred) and valid medical registration.
- Hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers), and hair transplant or hair restoration techniques.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, including detailed skin and hair analysis, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Commitment to using evidence-based practices and familiarity with advanced, USFDA-approved aesthetic technologies and devices.
- Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain meticulous medical documentation, and follow clinic protocols and safety standards.
- Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic or dermatology setting is highly desirable; training or certification in cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards, professional demeanor, and willingness to participate in ongoing learning and skill enhancement in aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.
