Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop new partnerships and grow existing relationships across the network. The role suits someone who understands the pay- per-call ecosystem, is comfortable holding commercial conversations, and can find and grow long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business relationships across the pay-per-call and performance marketing space.
- Grow and maintain existing partner relationships, with a focus on long-term value. Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, caps, payout models (CPA, CPC, RTB, ping/post) and payment terms.
- Understand partner requirements and coordinate campaign setup with internal teams. Keep track of market trends, vertical demand, seasonality and competitor activity. Represent Call Flow Market at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities to scale.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and report regularly to management.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships or account management in
- pay-per-call, lead generation or performance marketing.
- Understanding of inbound calls, live transfers, IVR campaigns, RTB and call routing.
Familiarity with verticals such as Final Expense, Medicare, ACA, Auto Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services or Legal. Working knowledge of call-tracking platforms such as Ringba, Retreaver, Track Drive or Invoca.
- Awareness of TCPA and compliance standards in the industry.
Strong negotiation,
communication and relationship-building skills.
- An existing network of industry contacts is a plus.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to manage day-to-day relationships and communication with both publishers and advertisers. This role is at the center of network operations, covering onboarding, campaign setup, IOs, call quality, reporting and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end relationships and communication with publishers and advertisers.
- Onboard new publishers and call centers, including traffic source review and compliance
checks.
Prepare and manage Insertion Orders (IOS) and campaign terms with both sides.
- Set up and manage campaigns, tracking numbers, routing and caps in the call-tracking platform.
- Monitor call flow, call quality, duration and conversion, and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle disputes, returns and call quality feedback between publishers and advertisers.
- Coordinate payouts, billing and reconciliation with the finance team.
- Share performance insights and optimization recommendations with partners.
- Identify and prevent fraudulent or non-compliant traffic.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Account Manager or Publisher Manager in pay-per-call, lead generation or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with call-tracking platforms such as Ringba, Retreaver, TrackDrive or Invoca.
Understanding of inbound calls, live transfers, IVR, buffers, billable duration and payout models.
Familiarity with verticals such as Final Expense, Medicare, ACA, Auto Insurance, Debt Relief, Home Services or Legal.
Knowledge of TCPA, DNC and compliance standards.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and working proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- An existing network of publishers or media buyers is a plus.
