We are a well-established and reputed Real Estate company looking to hire an experienced Advocate (4+ years) with strong expertise in real estate legal matters. The candidate should be well-versed with property documentation, compliance, and end-to-end legal processes involved in real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents such as Agreement to Sell (ATS), Sale Deed, MOU, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, etc.
- Handling property title due diligence and legal verification.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, RERA regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinating with sub-registrar offices, government departments, and legal authorities.
- Advising the management on legal risks and solutions related to real estate projects.
- Handling disputes, notices,



and legal correspondence related to property matters.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Advocate, preferably in a real estate company or law firm dealing with property matters.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and registration processes.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.
- Enrollment with Bar Council is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience working with reputed real estate developers.
- Familiarity with Goa land laws will be an added advantage.
