? Opening: ADP WorkForce Suite Application Consultant (Contract)

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced ADP WorkForce Suite Application Consultant to design, configure, test, migrate, and deploy functionality within an established ADP WorkForce Suite environment.

? Experience Required

- 5–8 years in application configuration or workforce management implementation.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software Time .
- Proven experience with Policy Editor , time & attendance policies, pay codes, banks, notifications, and related components.
- Skilled in configuration migration, unit testing, defect correction, deployment, and post‑production support.

? Mandatory Credentials

- TIME301 certification (Time Advanced Configuration).
- TIME401 preferred (Complex Configuration).
- ABSENCE101 preferred (Absence Configuration).





⚡ Key Responsibilities

- Review solution designs and configure current functionality.
- Build/modify policies, profiles, pay codes, and calculations.
- Perform unit testing and defect resolution.
- Support configuration migration, deployment, and hypercare.
- Provide ongoing enhancements and knowledge transfer.

✨ Preferred Skills

- Multi‑country or complex employee‑group configurations.
- WorkForce Software Formula Language.
- Payroll calculations and downstream impacts.
