Admission Counsellor | Samras Institute of Technology

Samras Institute of Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Kannur, Kerala.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our Solar Technician training programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.

- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, duration, fees, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and student outreach activities.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.





Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Training Sales, or Student Counselling preferred.

- Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Hindi/Tamil knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and proactive.
- Comfortable handling calls and regular follow-ups.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
