Hacking Pathshala | Remote / Work From Home | Full-Time The Role

We are hiring an Admission Counsellor who can connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them into the right course — confidently and empathetically. You will handle inbound leads, make outbound calls, follow up consistently, and convert interested prospects into enrolled students.

What You Will Do

- Call and connect with leads generated through Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Understand the student’s background, career goals, and concerns through discovery conversations
- Clearly explain course details — curriculum, duration, live class format, certification support, and fee structure
- Handle common objections (pricing, time commitment, online vs offline, job guarantee) with confidence and honesty
- Follow up with every lead — calls, WhatsApp messages, and reminders — until a decision is made
- Convert warm and cold leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain a daily lead tracker — calls made, follow-ups done, enrollments closed
- Share feedback on lead quality and student concerns with the founder
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

- Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi — transparent, warm, and confident
- Ability to build rapport quickly over a phone call or WhatsApp
- Patience and persistence — not every lead converts on the first call
- Basic understanding of IT careers — Cyber Security, AI, Digital Marketing (training will be provided)
- Comfortable working on a fixed + incentive structure
- Smartphone with stable internet connection
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in EdTech counselling, tele-calling, or academic sales
- Familiarity with the IT education landscape in India
- Experience using WhatsApp Business or any CRM tool

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
