Responsibilities

- - Talk to students and parents about courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' interests, educational background, and career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission process clearly.
- Generate admission enquiries through calls, emails, social media, and other sources.
- Contact students who have shown interest and provide them with the required information.
- Follow up regularly with students and parents regarding admissions.
- Help students choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain a record of student enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.
- Answer students' and parents' questions politely and confidently.
- Guide students through the admission process and required documentation.
- Coordinate with colleges, institutes, students, and internal teams when required.
- Achieve monthly admission/enquiry targets.
- Participate in counselling sessions, student meetings, seminars, and education events.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Leader / Management.
- Build good and professional relationships with students and parents.

Requirements




- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Friendly, confident, and positive personality.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents over phone and in person.
- Interest in counselling, education, sales, and student interaction.
- Willingness to learn about courses, colleges, and admission processes.
- Ability to handle questions and explain information in a simple way.
- Positive follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualification Required Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / BCA / BE / B.Tech / Any equivalent qualification
