Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor who can connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, guide them about our courses, and convert genuine enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and other channels
- Speak with prospective students and understand their career, learning and professional goals
- Explain StepUpCity courses, modules, training process, fees and career opportunities
- Conduct counselling sessions and help students choose the right course
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admissions
- Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career opportunities, etc.
- Build a good relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process




- Coordinate with the training team whenever required
- Follow up with old/inactive leads and try to revive potential enquiries
- Maintain daily and weekly admission reports

What We're Looking For
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Confident personality with a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone
- Strong follow-up and sales skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in education sales, admission counselling, telecalling or inside sales will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication and sales potential can also apply
