Position: Academic Counsellor

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years / Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and understand their academic and career goals.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and counselling reports.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, confident, and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
