3D Modeler – Architectural Visualization

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Modeler with strong experience in 3ds Max to join our architectural visualization team. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality 3D models for architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D architectural models using 3ds Max.
- Read and understand AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections, and dimensions.
- Convert 2D architectural drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Model buildings, interiors, furniture, architectural elements, and other required assets.
- Maintain proper dimensions, proportions, topology, and modeling standards.
- Create detailed and optimized models suitable for architectural visualization and rendering.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and visualization artists.
- Make revisions and modifications according to project requirements.
- Ensure models are properly organized, named, and structured within the 3ds Max file.
- Prepare models for rendering and animation workflows.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3ds Max.
- Good understanding of architectural modeling.




- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/DWG drawings.
- Knowledge of architectural dimensions, proportions, and construction elements.
- Experience in creating detailed interior and exterior models.
- Good understanding of materials and basic scene setup.
- Knowledge of Corona Renderer or V-Ray is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in architectural visualization / arch-viz.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Knowledge of efficient and optimized 3D modeling workflows.
- Experience with furniture and custom asset modeling is an advantage.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant qualified experience in 3D architectural modeling will be considered.
