Role Description The 3D Modeler role at SPIM Innovations Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The 3D Modeler will create high-quality 3D assets for virtual property experiences, including buildings, interiors, environments, and interactive elements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and modeling in tools like Blender, applying lighting and basic texturing, and optimizing models for real-time rendering in metaverse and VR applications. The role involves collaborating with designers,



developers, and product teams to translate real-world property data into accurate and visually engaging digital twins. The 3D Modeler will also refine assets based on feedback, maintain consistent visual standards, and contribute to improving workflows and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Strong 3D design skills with experience in 3D Modeling and working as a 3D Modeler.
- Very good understanding on lightning and AI tools
- Proficiency in Blender and related 3D tools for asset creation and optimization.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for realistic or stylized 3D scenes.
- Understanding of real-time rendering workflows, VR/metaverse environments, or game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, property layouts, or references into accurate 3D models.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in office.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Game Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
