Their primary role is to use their ar¢s¢c and technical skills to produce 3D models and textures that enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of a project. Roles and Responsibili¢es.

3D Modeling:

- Create detailed 3D models of characters, objects, environments etc.
- Sculpt organic or hard surface models using so¢ware like ZBrush, Blender, Maya.
- Pay a¢en¢on to scale, propor¢on, and ne details to achieve realism or stylized aesthe¢cs.

Texturing and Shading

- Apply textures and materials to 3D models to give them realis¢c surfaces or ar¢s¢c styles.
- U¢lize so¢ware like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools to create textures and shaders.
- Understand the principles of UV mapping to op¢mize texture placement.

Collabora¢on

- Work closely with art directors, game designers, animators,



and other team members to understand project requirements and feedback.
- Adapt to feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.

So¢ware Prociency

- Stay updated with the latest 3D modeling, anima¢on, and rendering so¢ware/tools.
- Be procient in so¢ware such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.

Qualica¢ons

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Anima¢on, Fine Arts, or related eld (some¢mes not mandatory, but benecial).

- Solid ar¢s¢c and crea¢ve skills.
- Prociency in 3D modeling, texturing and rendering so¢ware.
- Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine required.
- Strong communica¢on and teamwork skills.
- A¢en¢on to detail and a keen eye for aesthe¢cs.
