Role & responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and support Actimize AML-SAM, UDM, and ActOne applications.

- Handle ActOne installation, upgrades, SSO, roles, permissions, workflows, Alert Types, DART, and DDQ.

- Troubleshoot application and system issues and deliver solutions within defined SLAs.

- Work closely with business users, support teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects while following SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Support technical design, development, integration, and process automation.

- Provide technical guidance and explicit communication to management and internal teams.

- Ensure effective teamwork, product ownership, and timely delivery of solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Actimize RCM/ActOne.





- Strong expertise in AML and financial crime compliance.

- Hands-on experience in ActOne configuration, implementation, workflows, Alert Types, DART/DDQ, SSO, roles, and permissions.

- Strong SQL skills with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Azure databases.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C/C++ and UNIX/Windows scripting.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Agile, Jira, and Confluence.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
