Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the finance and accounting operations of our jewellery business. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, inventory management, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in the jewellery or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers.
- Monitor daily sales, cash, bank transactions, and payment collections.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments.




- Monitor jewellery inventory and coordinate with the stores/inventory team for stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery inventory.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor purchase invoices, supplier accounts, and vendor payments.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.

Preferred Skills

- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom, jewellery manufacturing company, or retail business.
- Knowledge of gold and diamond inventory accounting.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and audit coordination.
- Familiarity with jewellery billing and ERP/POS systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
