Rehomed Appliances is a home-appliance factory outlet dealing in branded washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners and other appliances.

We are looking for a responsible Accounts & Inventory Executive who can manage day-to-day accounts as well as maintain accurate control of our appliance inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily purchase and sales entries.
- Create invoices/bills and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain cash, bank, petty-cash and expense records.
- Maintain supplier payable and customer receivable records.
- Track payments received through cash, UPI, bank transfer and other modes.
- Maintain complete inventory records for every appliance.
- Record product category, brand, model number, serial number, purchase cost and selling price.
- Update stock when products are received, transferred, sold or returned.
- Perform regular physical-stock reconciliation with system records.
- Maintain separate records for available, reserved, sold, returned and service products.
- Maintain customer purchase and warranty information.
- Coordinate with technicians and sales staff for stock movement.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and sales reports for management.
- Assist CA/accountant with GST, purchase invoices, sales invoices and other accounting documentation.




- Maintain digital records using Excel/Google Sheets/accounting software.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp and online systems.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of inventory/stock management is important.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to accurately work with model numbers and serial numbers.
- Valuable numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Tamil communication is required; basic English is preferred.

Preferred Candidate
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / accounting-related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Inventory, Retail, Warehouse or Billing.
- Experience in appliance, electronics, retail, automobile, spare-parts or similar inventory-based businesses will be an advantage.

What We Expect The most important requirement for this position is accuracy and ownership. At any point, you should be able to answer:

“What stock do we have, what did we pay for it, where is it, whether it has been sold, how much the customer paid, and what amount is still pending?”
