Accounts Executive – Fresher

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process sales/service invoices accurately.

- Verify billing details, supporting documents, and customer information.

- Maintain proper records of invoices and related documents.

- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for billing requirements.

- Follow up for missing documents or billing information.

- Assist in preparing basic reports and maintaining accounts records.

- Support the team with data entry and other day-to-day accounting activities.

- Ensure invoices are prepared and submitted on time.

- Assist with basic reconciliation and other accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related qualification.

- Freshers can apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.





- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn accounting and invoicing processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
