Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally and basic accounting procedures, including invoice handling, GST, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage bank reconciliation and petty cash records.
- Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing processes.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and account closing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.




- Support the finance team in audit and compliance activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts-related work.
- Experience working with Tally is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
