Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: AGM Accounts (Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Hamrol)

Job Purpose: To support the Accounts & Finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS), and supporting day-to-day accounting functions including book writing, reconciliations, and branch accounting activities. This role is critical due to the increasing workload from additional branches and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing GST returns and ensuring timely filing and compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Support branch-wise accounting and reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist the team with monthly closing and audit-related tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment and invoice processing.

Key Skills &

Competencies:

- Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software.




- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Background:
- Minimum Qualification: B. Com (From a Regular college)
- Work Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar accounting role
- Industry Preference: Experience in a multi-branch accounting setup preferred

Reason for Hiring: This is a new position created to support increased accounting workload due to the addition of new branches and divisions, along with project-based needs like GST and branch-level accounting.
