Position: Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our BMW Motorrad dealership in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, MS Excel, bank reconciliation, customer/vendor accounting and dealership billing. Experience in an automobile dealership, preferably premium/luxury automotive, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices for motorcycle sales, service, spare parts, accessories and other dealership transactions.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform regular bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation and customer/vendor reconciliation.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely collection.
- Verify purchase invoices,



expense bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle, spare parts and accessories-related transactions.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors as required.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain daily cash, bank and collection records.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs regarding customer finance and payment-related documentation.
- Support warranty, insurance and other dealership-related accounting transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Administration and Management for finance-related matters.
