Role Description The Accounts and Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring robust financial controls. This role includes managing accounting processes such as general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing.

The manager will prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports, while monitoring variances and supporting cost optimization. Daily responsibilities also involve compliance with statutory regulations, coordination with auditors and tax consultants, and implementation of internal control systems.

Key Tasks

- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team , ensuring accountability,



timely execution and accuracy across functions.
- Review day-to-day accounting in Tally and ensure proper monthly and annual closing of books.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management reports using advanced Microsoft Excel .
- Supervise receivables, payables, inventory, costing and reconciliation functions through the respective team members.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, e-invoicing, income-tax coordination and other statutory requirements .
- Manage and review banking, payments, LC/BG and working-capital documentation with the concerned team.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, HR and import/export teams and ensure timely compliance.
- Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls and process improvement .

Experience: 3–5 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing organisation. Key Requirement: Robust leadership, team-management, communication and review skills , with the ability to manage multiple finance functions through a dedicated team.
