Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and expense entries.

- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and basic financial reports.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounts.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.

- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting-related matters.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com qualification.

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.

- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
