We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts & Project Finance Executive to join our team at Andheri East, Mumbai.
Experience: 2–3 years
Salary: depending on experience & capability
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping
- Tally Prime & Excel
- Client billing & payment follow-ups
- Vendor bills & vendor payments
- Contractor bills & payments
- Purchase & expense entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash & petty cash management
- GST & TDS working/co-ordination with CA
- Debtors & creditors reconciliation
- Project-wise income & expense tracking
- Material purchase & payment tracking
- Monthly MIS & outstanding reports
- Cash-flow monitoring
- Coordination with CA, vendors, contractors & clients
We are looking for someone who is: ✓ Robust in Tally & Excel
✓ Well organised and detail-oriented
✓ Good with numbers and documentation
✓ Comfortable dealing with vendors & contractors
✓ Able to independently manage day-to-day accounts
✓ Experience in an interior, construction, contracting or project-based business will be preferred.
