About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, supporting project-related financial activities, and ensuring proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, project teams, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Track project-related expenses and assist in monitoring project budgets and costs.
- Assist management with basic financial analysis and MIS reports.
- Support market research and financial/industry data collection to assist business and strategy decisions.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on time.
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 02 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong accounting fundamentals may also apply.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel.
- Strong in documentation and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- PF and ESI Filing.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
