About the Role
FinScale, a CA firm based in Kharar, is looking for a Junior Accountant to support bookkeeping, return filing data preparation, and other accounting-related activities.
This role is suitable for candidates who have recently completed their graduation in Commerce and are looking to build their career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.
- Assist with bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare and organize data required for return filing.
- Maintain and manage accounting-related documentation.
- Assist the team with other finance and accounting tasks as required.
- Handle email communication and prepare basic reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
Requirements
- Education:
Minimum Graduation in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) is required.
- Post-Graduation in Commerce will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 0–1 year.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good written communication and email drafting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Candidates residing in or near Kharar will be preferred.
