Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle banking activities and bank liaisoning, including bank reconciliation and transaction coordination.

- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account statements.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

- Monitor receipts, payments, expenses, and outstanding balances.

- Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports for management.

- Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial projections.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required documents and information.

- Ensure timely completion of accounting and financial closing activities.

- Monitor statutory accounting requirements and coordinate for timely compliance with applicable GST,



TDS and other statutory requirements.

- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, purchase documents, and supporting records.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records as per company policies.

- Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Sales, CRM, and other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.

- Track project-related expenses and assist in monitoring project-wise financial information.

- Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.

- Support management in financial analysis and decision-making through accurate reports.

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
