Position Summary

Festal Events LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant who can efficiently manage accounts across multiple business verticals, including Wedding Planning, Event Hospitality, Tours & Travels, and related ventures. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent documentation skills, expertise in Tally Prime, and the ability to handle end-to-end financial operations while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts for all company verticals.
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally Prime.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow.
- Process vendor bills, payments, reimbursements, and client receipts.
- Track client advances, outstanding payments, and vendor settlements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage online banking transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits and filings.
- Maintain event-wise budgets, expense sheets, and profitability reports.




- Generate per 5 Lakh Transaction MIS, P&L; statements, and financial reports.
- Maintain physical and digital records of invoices, contracts, and payment proofs.
- Support internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Payroll, Employee Accounts, Advances, Loans & Penalty Policy

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Good command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports)
- Knowledge of banking procedures and statutory compliance
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple business verticals simultaneously

Qualification B.Com (Mandatory). M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification preferred. Certification in Tally Prime will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy of accounting records

- Timely bank reconciliations
- GST/TDS compliance with zero penalties
- Timely vendor and employee payments
- Event-wise profitability reporting accuracy
- Monthly MIS submission within deadlines
- Proper maintenance of documentation and records
- Reduction in accounting discrepancies and audit observations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹58,110.57 per month
