Role & responsibilities

- Serve as an independent contributor, liaising directly with the Account Manager, Lead Client Partner and account teams, taking end-to-end ownership of all activities for the accounts/ sector/industry they are aligned to.

- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships that support account growth, client experience, and brand visibility.

- Act as a key liaison between offshore and onshore teams to align client priorities, account strategies and delivery expectations.

- Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales, account management and marketing initiatives.

- Support Account Manager and LCP on account planning by conducting market research and analysis, pipeline and past sales analysis, tracking pursuits, and contributing to account strategy development.

- Deliver and update accurate Salesforce reports, dashboards and account meeting materials, providing clear visibility into pipeline status, financials, client activities and follow-up actions.

- Leverage firm available tools and public available information to establish and maintain relationship maps and Salesforce contact records.

- Manage consistent account governance rhythms, including meeting coordination, agenda and material preparation, decision tracking, action monitoring, and accountability across multi-stakeholder portfolios.

- Assist onshore Account Managers with daily account operations like pipeline management, account information management, SOW/PO tracking, engagement onboarding as needed.

- Track and analyze account pipeline and sales & revenue information to focus on account sales growth to build revenue to the firm.

- Maintain an awareness of the firms Marketing plans, and support the targeting of marketing activities that are relevant to your accounts





- Lead a team of associates for account management deliverables, drive innovation in account management, and act as a coach to develop talent in the firm.

- Be a champion of the firms standard business development methodology (Pursuit) and the use of sales best practices within your assigned clients.

- Be an advocate and trainer for Salesforce, promoting its effective use, and support practice staff with advice and assistance on best practices.

- Navigate ambiguity and increasingly complex situations while delivering high-quality, timely outcomes and supporting broader team objectives.

- Lead by example in fostering a collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing, coaching junior colleagues, and consistently demonstrating professional integrity in a fast-pace and evolving environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.

- At least 5years of relevant experience in sales support, marketing, account management, client engagement or a related role; relevant PwC or professional services firm experience may also be considered.

- Demonstrated experience supporting client accounts, stakeholder relationships, sales operations, or business development activities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.

- Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, and AI-enabled productivity platforms.





- Hands-on experience of Power BI and automation tools like Copilot Studio and Power Automate

- Effective project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Skilled Level).

- Ability to independently organize multiple priorities, coordinate across North American time zones, and work effectively with onshore and offshore stakeholders.

- Sound judgment, attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality, confidentiality and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

- Academic background in Analytics, Business Administration or Management, Business Communications, Design, Marketing, Organizational Management or related discipline.

- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience in using CRM technology to improve account management operations and data-driven insights to provide account visibility to support account growth.

- Working knowledge of financial analysis, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and account operations.

- Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate practical recommendations to stakeholders.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex or time-sensitive situations.

- Self-awareness, learning agility, and a proactive approach to strengthening capabilities and addressing development areas.

- Build strong relationships and encourage effective teamwork.

- Executing projects as per defined guidelines and SLAs.

- Analyzing and reporting data using dashboards and reporting formats.

Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with Canadian business hours, with coverage required until 1:00 a.m. IST; accordingly, the work day may begin later.
