Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, inventory records, statutory compliance, and overall financial documentation.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of BUSY software and a good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, vouchers, expenses, and routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting books and financial records.
- Record and maintain daily inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Create and maintain accounting vouchers and related documentation.
- Record and monitor all company expenses.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain records and support compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.




- Reconcile and verify accounting and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial reports.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for accounting, inventory, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial transactions.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Mandatory knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in voucher preparation and expense management.
- Basic understanding of inventory accounting and stock records.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
