Academic Trainer – Preschool | Role: Academic Trainer | Experience: 2–5 Years | Travel: Pan India Travel to partner schools and provide training to preschool teachers . Conduct training on curriculum, lesson planning, classroom management and activities . Train teachers on parent counselling and effective parent communication .
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback & improvement guidance . Support recent teachers with induction and academic training . Ensure consistent implementation of curriculum, academic standards and SOPs across schools.
Requirements: Good communication & presentation skills, preschool teaching/training experience, and willingness to travel extensively.
