- Handle patient feedback and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Promote hospital services and specialties through appropriate channels.

- Support hospital health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and events.




- Assist in preparing hospital promotional materials and communication content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach activities.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and promotional activities.
- Collect feedback from patients and visitors and report important issues to management.
- Maintain skilled communication and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by the hospital management.

Pay: ₹9,727.00 - ₹39,970.52 per month
