What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Bancassurance to lead our Bancassurance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bancassurance, with expertise in managing alliances with insurance companies. We are seeking a professional who can build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, drive business growth, and ensure seamless integration of bancassurance products with our banking services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in bancassurance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

What does the job entail?

- Developing and implementing bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and financial institutions
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for bancassurance partnerships
- Identifying and pursuing new bancassurance business opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and marketing,



to support bancassurance initiatives
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform bancassurance strategy
- Developing and maintaining bancassurance product offerings and features
- Managing and resolving bancassurance-related customer complaints and issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting bancassurance
- Building and maintaining a network of bancassurance contacts and relationships
