Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
- Build a solid candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Use AI and technology-based recruitment tools to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, and AI recruitment tools.
- Good understanding of AI tools and technology used in recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
