JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Steward / Guest Service Associate Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: F&B; Manager / Restaurant Manager / Captain

Key Responsibilities - Welcome and serve guests professionally and courteously. - Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately. - Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and service. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards. - Assist in restaurant, buffet, and event operations as required. - Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report them to the supervisor. - Follow hotel SOPs, safety rules, and instructions from seniors. - Maintain punctuality, discipline, teamwork, and professional behaviour. - Coordinate effectively with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments. - Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Manager/HOD.

Qualification: 10th/12th/Diploma; Hotel Management preferred.

Experience: Relevant hospitality experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
