Key Responsibilities: - Handle online product/service distribution through digital platforms. - Coordinate with customers and distribution partners. - Share product/service information through online channels. - Manage incoming enquiries and provide basic information. - Maintain customer and order-related details. - Promote products/services through social media and other digital platforms. - Follow up with customers and distribution partners when required. - Achieve assigned daily/weekly targets. Skills Required: - Basic smartphone and internet knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Ability to use WhatsApp and social media platforms. - Customer-handling and follow-up skills. - Willingness to learn. - Freshers can apply. Salary: Based on company structure, experience, and performance.
