We are searching for an engaging, courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation. The Barista will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve all beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, including specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and other café offerings.
- Assist the Head Barista in overseeing daily beverage operations and ensuring consistency in drink preparation across shifts.
- Support the training and development of new and existing baristas on brewing techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and presentation standards.
- Welcome customers warmly, recommend menu items, inform them about promotions and recent offerings, and address queries professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with service staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely beverage delivery.
- Monitor beverage quality, equipment performance, and cleanliness standards, promptly reporting maintenance issues when required.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations, dining areas, and beverage preparation equipment.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting routine inventory counts, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive beverage displays, signage, and promotional materials.




- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and quality control standards at all times.
- Take ownership of café operations during assigned shifts in the absence of the Head Barista.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in coffee or beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a café, specialty coffee shop, or food and beverage environment, with demonstrated barista expertise.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso-based beverages, latte art, beverage presentation, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic inventory management and stock control knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and public holidays.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to support, motivate, and guide team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As this is a senior-level position, candidates should be willing to travel across locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
