Job Summary

Corpzolve LLP is looking for a Junior Legal Associate to join our Intellectual Property and Corporate Legal team.

The role will primarily involve Trademark, Copyright and Design filing and prosecution, along with exposure to corporate legal compliance, business registrations, regulatory filings, legal documentation and client advisory.

Fresh law graduates and junior advocates who are interested in building a career in Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct trademark searches and assist with trademark availability analysis.
- Prepare and file trademark applications before the Trade Marks Registry.
- Assist with trademark objections, examination reports, hearings, oppositions and related proceedings.
- Handle trademark renewals, assignments, amendments and other post-filing matters.
- Prepare and file copyright applications and related documentation.
- Assist with design searches, design applications and registration matters.
- Maintain filing records, client documents, deadlines and application trackers.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, signatures and filing requirements.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research.




- Draft legal letters, replies, notices and supporting documents.
- Assist with company and LLP incorporation, MCA/ROC filings and corporate compliance.
- Support corporate documentation, agreements, due diligence and compliance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Fresh graduates and junior advocates may apply.
- Strong interest in Trademark and Intellectual Property Law.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work directly with clients.

Prior experience with trademark filing, IP India portals, copyright or design registration will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
